Boxing coach and personal trainer, Martin Dimitrov, is also the founder of The Square Boxing Club. As an amateur boxer competing across Europe and winning national boxing titles for over 15 years, he now offers the his experience and knowledge to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and lifestyle. Results are guaranteed if you follow his philosophy on what real training is – hard work, there’s no substitute for it!

Single session and PT packs are available to purchase below, for private one to one training at our gym in Fulham, London. Sessions are customised to your individual goals and can be used to bolster semi-private group membership to boost your boxing and fitness. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase more than 10 PT sessions or check out our transformation programmes.


One-to-one private training form the comfort and convenience of your own home. Covid safe training (in an outdoor space near your home while restrictions apply) means you can boost your fitness and boxing skills now. Give lockdown a left hook!

Depending on your location, our boxing coach and trainer Martin Dimitrov trains clients in the comfort of their own home, bringing his expert coaching to you. For one to one training in the privacy of your own home, single session and PT packs are available. For more than one person at home or for more than 10 sessions, please enquire for costs. Note that prices may vary depending on your location if travel time exceeds 30 mins. You can also check out our transformation programme packages.

1:1 Coaching

Session sizes are deliberately kept small, so our coach has enough time to give everyone individual coaching throughout each session and in line with your goals. So you get exceptional value, every time.


You can train as hard as Tyson, but if your nutrition isn’t good,  you’ll struggle to get the results you want. We offer help with nutrition and how best to suppport your training, please contact us for details.


Up for a challenge? We often run challenges for a bit of a fun and extra inspiration to keep you active in between sessions, and for a bit of fun and light competition!
